On January 10, 2023, nearly 1,000 Medical Freedom advocates came to the Capitol in Albany, NY where Governor Hochul delivered her State of the State speech. Advocates showed up to voice their support for parental rights and opposition to mandates. You can watch our rally on CHD TV.
When we arrived in Albany we were told that the Capitol Building would be shutdown when Hochul delivered her State of the State (SOS) address. I guess she is afraid of well organized, peaceful, critical thinkers !!
Our Presence and energy was strong and felt by everyone in the legislative building, including our public servants. Our intention was to set the tone early on for the legislative year. Our message:
“Hands Off Our Children” & “End The Mandates”!!
The good news is that vaccine mandates were not mentioned once in Hochul’s listed priorities for this session !!
We believe that vaccine mandates have become a losing topic, highlighted by ten NY politicans losing their seats to medical freedom candidates, and Governor Hochul winning by the skin of her teeth to Lee Zeldin whose platform ran heavily on medical freedom.
Last spring on May 16, 2022, hundreds of people rallied in Albany, NY against mandates. Powerful Speeches were presented, then the protesters took their grievances inside the buildings of the Capital.
A vaccine passport or negative covid test was required at the time to see our elected officials. Instead of showing our papers we made a lot of noise.
Last year on January 5, 2022 we brought 4,000 protesters to Albany. The night before we arrived Hochul announced she was barring everyone from all lawmaker buildings unless you provided a vaccine passport or negative covid test result. Two years in a row Hochul has shown she is scared of peaceful Medical Freedom Fighters.
There are 2 dangerous bills that have been reintroduced
S1531- The Adult Vaccine Database Bill
S624 – Mandatory covid shots for college students
We are expecting most of last years threatening bills to reappear as well. We must keep our eyes and ears on these bills and make sure that they do not get passed.
I believe that what happens in New York predicts what will happen throughout the country. If New York Falls to medical tyranny the rest of the country will fall with it.
