Supreme Court Strikes Blow To At Risk Kids in Need of Medical Exemption

The US Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal by parents who sued NY state in effort to overturn stricter vaccine medical exemption requirements for children attending the state’s schools. The Attorney on the case Sujata Gibson as well as two of the plaintiffs joined CHD TV to discuss this matter.
