CHD Legal Department Sends Letter To Head Of NY Assembly

Children’s Health Defense’s legal department sent a letter to New York Assembly head Carl Heastie, informing him that Assembly Bill A276b aka “The Minor Consent Bill”  is illegal and unconstitutional.

A recent federal court ruled on a similar “law” in Washington DC, issuing a preliminary injunction prohibiting enforcement of the law and the District of Columbia was forced to repeal it.

The same letter is going to be sent to everyone in the New York Senate and Assembly.
