 Hosting a Homeschooling Meet &amp\; Greet and an Introduction To HomeSchoo
 ling Class !!\n\nThis event will introduce homeschooling to parents and wi
 ll also serve as a meet and greet for parents that already homeschool !!\n
 \nLearn the basics of homeschooling\, the state requirements\, the benefit
 s\, and the many myths that you might have heard.\n\nCome hear from experi
 enced home schooling parents !!\n\nIf you already homeschool\, come and me
 et other homeschooling families !!\n\nThis Event is a fundraiser for Child
 ren's Health Defense NY. We Suggest a donation Of $20.\n\nThere are 2 Tick

 e Speakers:\n\nArlene Astacio Former DOE Teacher &amp\; CEO of Molding Min
 d's Academy\n\nAfter Religious Exemptions were taken away from Children in
  New York\, Arlene decided to step up and create a place where all childre
 n are accepted and can learn. She believes that we should have freedom of 
 choice in what we want to do with our children and what is being taught to
  our children.\n\nMolding Minds Academy is where parents can feel at ease 
 with their children learning\, They allow our children to learn outside of
  the box.\n\nJennifer Castaneda\n\nJennifer is an herbalist and homeschool
  mother of three who runs a small homeschooling co-op with other like-mind
 ed mothers. Her emphasis is teaching core family values and being intune w
 ith nature and the seasons. Jennifer strongly believes that children shoul
 d be geared in a way that caters to their emotional and educational needs 
 to thrive in life.\n\nBonnie Skala Kiladitis\n\nFormer DOE Teacher\, Bonni
 e has been homeschooling her child since 2019 when religious exemptions we
 re taken away from children in New York. She will share her experiences an
 d tips.\n\nZoraida Quiles\n\nZoraida is a mother of two teenagers from Bro
 oklyn NY. She has been her children's primary academic educator since 2016
 .\n\nPrior to homemaking\, she worked in the managed healthcare industry a
 s a provider relations representative for over 10 years\, volunteered for 
 over 10 years as a Sunday school teacher\, and was a PTA president for two
  years at the school where her children attended prior to homeschool.\n\n&
